YOUTH WINTER TRAINING

(January 5 - March 25)

OUR APPROACH

Our Youth Winter Training is tailored for athletes 9u - 13u wanting to prepare for their upcoming spring season and tryouts.   Small groups are created based on age/skill level to best allow our athletes to succeed​Hitting: Focus on establishing a swing foundation using tees, front toss, machine, and Live ABs.​Pitching/Throwing: Creating a strong/healthy throw, build up progression, bullpens/Live ABs.​Performance: Introducing/building athletes with youth-based workouts to create body awareness and understanding importance of the weight room in sports

Payments occur on January 1st, February1st, and March 1st
