Common Questions

Lesson FAQs

What's the difference between a 1:1, 2:1, and 3-4:1 lesson?
A 1:1 lesson is fully private, one-on-one with your coach for the entire session. A 2:1 lesson splits the same hour of coaching between two athletes, a great option for training partners, siblings, or teammates. A 3-4:1 lesson is a small group session for three to four athletes, a budget-friendly way to train together while still getting individual coaching attention.
Can I choose my instructor?
Yes. Check out each coach's specialty above, then select the coach that best fits your goals and availability when booking.
What ages are lessons for?
Lessons are available for youth through high school athletes. If you're unsure which format fits best, a 1:1 lesson is a great way to start.
What should I bring?
Bring your glove, bat, helmet, and water.
