Who leads remote training?
Lincoln Hochmuth (Director of Throwing) and Griffin Witta (Director of Performance) lead all remote training at The Shed Athletics, combining throwing expertise with strength and performance.
What makes your remote system different?
Together, Lincoln and Griffin deliver a fully integrated remote system that helps athletes move efficiently, refine their skills, and perform at their highest level. Every program is built around the individual athlete and adapted week-to-week based on how they're progressing.
Do I need equipment to train remotely?
Requirements vary by program. We'll work with what you have access to and tailor the programming accordingly, whether you train at a local facility, at home, or at your school.
How does communication work?
You'll have direct access to your coaches through our remote platform, including video analysis, feedback on sessions, and week-to-week adjustments based on how you're responding to training.
How does billing work?
Remote memberships run on a recurring monthly rate plus a one-time join fee, with a minimum commitment period. Reach out and we'll walk you through current pricing and get you set up.
